Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar – Half Day Sightseeing 🌿

Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, you’ll be welcomed and assisted before heading towards your hotel 🏨. The journey from the airport is a scenic 35-minute drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing by the Abdullah Bridge that beautifully connects the banks of the Jhelum River.

After check-in and a short break, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour of the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh 🌸. These exquisite gardens, created over 14 years during the Mughal era, are a true testament to their love for lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and enchanting fountains. Nestled at the base of the Zabarwan Mountains, these gardens are a visual treat.

Later, enjoy a 60-minute group Shikara ride 🚤 on the serene Dal Lake, gliding past floating vegetable gardens and glimpses of aquatic life.

🔹 Note: This Shikara ride is complimentary in a group. For a private ride, the cost is ₹500 for 60 minutes.

Return to the hotel in the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner 🍽️, and spend the night in comfort.

Day 2

Full-Day Excursion to Gulmarg ❄️

After a hearty breakfast 🍳, get ready for a countryside adventure to Gulmarg – the meadow of flowers 💐. The drive takes you through colorful Kashmiri villages and lush rice fields, offering a glimpse into the region’s rich culture.

We’ll make a brief stop at Tangmarg, a quaint town, before ascending the final scenic 14 km stretch to Gulmarg. Upon arrival, explore the area and soak in the mesmerizing views.

Next, hop on the Gondola cable car 🚠 (tickets to be purchased directly) and ascend towards the Apharwat mountain range. The 8-minute ride offers stunning vistas and takes you near the base of the towering peak – a perfect spot for clicking breathtaking pictures 📸.

After descending, you can opt for horse riding to the Strawberry Valley 🐎 (charges to be paid directly).

By evening, head back to Srinagar. You can enjoy a relaxing walk along Dal Lake or simply unwind at your hotel. Dinner will be served.

Day 3

Srinagar to Pahalgam – Nature’s Paradise 🌲

After breakfast, set out on a beautiful drive to Pahalgam – also known as The Shepherd’s Village, located about 97 km south of Srinagar. Famous for its pristine landscapes, forested trails, and crystal-clear rivers, Pahalgam is a true gem 💎.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. Then, head out for local sightseeing including visits to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari 🏔️. You may also choose to enjoy horse riding to Baisaran Meadows (payment directly).

After a full day exploring the wonders of Pahalgam, return to the hotel for dinner and some well-earned rest.

Day 4

Pahalgam to Srinagar – Visit to Shankaracharya Temple 🛕

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Srinagar. Once back, check in to your hotel and relax for a while.

Later in the day, visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a scenic hill to the southeast of Srinagar. Dedicated to Lord Shankaracharya, this ancient temple has a deep historical and spiritual significance. It sits on an octagonal base and is accessed via a flight of stone steps. The hill was historically known as Jetha Larak and later renamed Gopadari Hill. It is believed by some historians that the temple was originally built by King Sandiman between 2629-2564 B.C., and once housed 300 golden and silver idols ✨.

Return to the hotel for dinner and enjoy your evening at leisure.

Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure – shop, relax, or explore the local markets 🛍️. Enjoy your final dinner in the valley.
