Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi Manali Volvo Honeymoon Package

Your beautiful journey begins from Delhi (Majnu ka Tila / Kashmiri Gate), where our luxury Volvo buses operate daily on a continuous basis. You just need to reach the boarding point on time. It will be an overnight journey of 12 to 14 hours. The bus will stop 2 to 3 times along the way for tea and dinner (dinner/tea expenses will be self-paid, while the bus ticket is fully included in your package). In the morning, you will arrive in Manali, enjoying the breathtaking views of mountains, the beautiful Beas River, and stunning valleys

Day 2

Day 2: Morning Arrival, Hotel Transfer & Half-Day Local Sightseeing (Personal Cab)

* Morning Arrival & Hotel Check-in:
Upon your arrival at the Manali Volvo Bus Stand in the morning, our personal cab will pick you up and transfer you directly to your hotel. After reaching the hotel, you will proceed with the check-in process. Since the standard check-in time for most hotels is 12:00 PM, there might be a short wait. After check-in, you can take some rest and refresh yourself for the upcoming sightseeing tour.
* Half-Day Local Sightseeing (Post-Lunch):
After resting for a while, your personal cab will take you for a beautiful half-day tour of Manali's popular local attractions:
• Hadimba Temple: A highly historic and famous wooden temple surrounded by dense cedar forests. This ancient temple is dedicated to Goddess Hidimba, the wife of Bhima and mother of Ghatotkacha from the Mahabharata era.
• Club House: Developed by the Himachal Government, this is a popular recreational center and showroom showcasing traditional Himachali products. It also offers indoor games and activities. (Note: The entry ticket is approximately ₹25 per person, which needs to be paid directly by the guest).
• Tibetan Monastery: A peaceful and beautiful monastery where you can witness colorful prayer wheels and authentic Tibetan handicrafts.
• Van Vihar: Located right opposite the Tibetan Monastery, this lush green public park is known for its towering deodar trees and serene environment—ideal for spending a relaxing time.
• Manu Temple: A sacred site dedicated to Sage Manu. (Special Note: Due to the narrow and congested roads, the cab cannot drive up to the temple. Guests will need to cover this short distance either by a brief walk or by hiring a local auto).
* Evening at Mall Road:
In the evening, you can enjoy a stroll along Mall Road, the vibrant heart of Manali. It is a lively gathering spot for tourists where you can sit back, soak in the atmosphere, shop for traditional Himachali items, and taste famous local delicacies like 'Siddu'.
* Night Stay & Dinner:
After enjoying your evening at Mall Road, the cab will drop you back at the hotel. A delicious dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 3

Day 3: Full Day Adventure Tour – Solang Valley, Anjani Mahadev, Atal Tunnel, Sissu & Koksar / Rohtang Pass

* Delicious Breakfast & Start of an Adventure-Filled Day:
After enjoying a delicious and hearty breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a thrilling and adventure-packed full day ahead. Today is dedicated to exploring the most stunning high-altitude valleys and winter sport hubs around Manali.
* Solang Valley & Anjani Mahadev Trek:
• Solang Valley: One of the most beautiful and vibrant places in Manali. Here, you can indulge in exciting adventure sports like paragliding, zorbing, quad biking, and cable car rides. (Please Note: Snow sports and winter activities are completely dependent on weather conditions and current snow availability).
• Anjani Mahadev Trek: From Solang Valley, you can embark on a beautiful short trek to the sacred Anjani Mahadev temple, famous for its magnificent natural ice Shiva Lingam.
* Optional Extended Sightseeing & Cab Charges (Subject to Weather & Clearances):
If there is no snow in Solang Valley or if you wish to explore further into the Lahaul Valley, you can extend your tour past the mountains. Since these routes require separate permits and longer driving hours, extra charges apply directly to the cab driver:
• Option A (Atal Tunnel, Sissu & Koksar): If the Atal Tunnel is open, you can cross it to visit the scenic villages of Sissu and Koksar. Sissu offers breathtaking waterfall views and various adventure activities. The extra charges for this circuit range between ₹2,500 and ₹3,000.
• Option B (Rohtang Pass Complete Circuit): If the iconic Rohtang Pass is open and accessible, the cab driver will charge a total package price between ₹4,500 and ₹5,000. This amount comprehensively covers the Rohtang green tax, mandatory government permits, fuel, and sightseeing across Rohtang, Atal Tunnel, Koksar, and Sissu before driving you back.
* Bonus Trek - Jogini Waterfall:
If you return down to the valley early or have spare time left in the afternoon, you can comfortably add a refreshing trek to the beautiful Jogini Waterfall near Vashisht village on your way back.
* Important Travel Advisory (Stay Safe from Scams):
• Photography & Activity Packages: While hiring local photographers or booking sports gear in Solang/Sissu, please exercise caution to avoid tourist scams. Always bargain upfront, clarify the deliverables (like the exact number of photos or minutes for activities), and lock in the final price before starting.
* Evening Return, Dinner & Night Stay:
After an exhausting yet unforgettable day of mountains and adventure, the cab will drop you back at your hotel. A delicious, warm dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by a comfortable overnight stay
Important Note for Rohtang Pass:
Rohtang Pass permits and entry are strictly subject to weather conditions and government clearance. Please note that while Tuesday was previously a closed maintenance day, the pass now remains open on Tuesdays; however, it can still be closed or opened by authorities at any time for ongoing maintenance. Furthermore, in case of heavy snow where regular cabs cannot go, hiring a local 4x4 vehicle is mandatory. The pricing for 4x4 vehicles will be based entirely on the local union's on-the-spot rates and must be paid directly

Day 4

Day 4: Kullu Valley Tour (River Rafting & Shopping), Kasol, Manikaran Sahib & Honeymoon Special Night

* Scenic Drive Along Beas River & Adventure Sports in Kullu:
After a delicious breakfast, you will kick off a beautiful morning with a scenic drive running parallel to the gorgeous Beas River toward Kullu Valley.
• River Rafting & Paragliding: Upon reaching Kullu, you can experience the thrill of white-water rafting and paragliding amidst the mountains. (Note: These adventure activities are purely optional, and the expenses will be borne directly by you based on your personal preference).
* Sightseeing & Traditional Shopping En Route:
• Vaishno Mata Temple: Stop by for blessings at the sacred Vaishno Devi Temple, beautifully located on the banks of the Beas River.
• Traditional Shopping: On the way, you will visit authentic local shawl factories. Here, you can shop for traditional Himachali shawls, famous Kullu caps, jackets, warm woolen sweaters, and premium quality dry fruits.
* Journey Along Parvati River to Kasol & Manikaran:
Next, the tour transitions alongside the pristine Parvati River. (Special Note: The road heading toward this valley is quite narrow and winding, so the vehicle travels safely at a slow and steady pace, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the deep valley views).
• Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara: A highly revered site welcoming people of all faiths. Here, you can seek blessings at the historic Gurudwara, witness the miraculous natural hot springs, and partake in the holy Langar.
• Kasol Vibes: After the temple visit, you can explore the famous cafe culture and peaceful vibes of Kasol, relaxing for a while right by the roaring Parvati River.

* Smart Luggage Management & Exploring at Your Own Pace:
Since your return Volvo bus is scheduled for the evening, your day is completely free to collect final memories and soak in the good vibes:
• Hotel Luggage Storage: You can safely store your baggage at the hotel reception or cloakroom after checking out. Since our handpicked hotels are situated in exceptionally beautiful scenic locations, you can comfortably explore the nearby areas on foot and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.
• Important One-Time Cab Dropping Policy: Please note that on the final day, the cab service is included for a one-time drop only. To make the most of your day, you can choose from these two convenient options:
• Option 1 (Morning Drop to Mall Road): You can ask the cab driver to drop you off along with your luggage at Mall Road right after check-out. You can keep your bags safely at a local cloakroom or shop, as walking around with heavy luggage is inconvenient. After exploring and finishing your last-minute shopping, you can head to the bus stand independently in the evening.
• Option 2 (Evening Drop to Bus Stand): You can choose to relax and explore the beautiful sights around the hotel on foot during the day. In the evening, according to your Volvo departure timings, the cab will arrive to pick you up along with your luggage from the hotel and drop you directly at the Volvo Bus Stand.
* Farewell & Journey Back with "Journey of Snow Peak":

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS (WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR COST)

Dear Guest, please note that the following services, charges, and expenses are not included in your standard tour package and will incur additional costs:

1. VEHICLE UPGRADES & SPECIAL SIGHTSEEING

* Atal Tunnel & Sissu (Spiti Valley Border): An extra charge of INR 2,000 will apply for a small cab/vehicle.
* Atal Tunnel, Sissu & Koksar: If you include Koksar in this route, the extra charge will be INR 2,500 for a small cab/vehicle.
* SUV / Large Vehicle Upgrade: If you prefer a larger vehicle (such as an Innova, Ertiga, or similar SUV) for the above routes, the additional cost will range between INR 3,000 to INR 3,500.
* Rohtang Pass Exploration: Rohtang Pass is subject to weather conditions and government opening dates. Once open, all mandatory permit fees, National Green Tribunal (NGT) charges, and local shuttle costs will be strictly extra.

2. TRAVEL & HOTEL AMENITIES

* Transport to Destination: Any Airfare (Flight tickets) or Train tickets from your hometown to the starting point of the tour.
* Hotel Room Heating: Room heater charges inside the hotels are not included. If required, they can be paid directly at the hotel reception based on availability.
* Optional Services: Professional tour guide fees, professional photographer charges, and personal Travel Insurance. (These are completely optional and can be arranged upon request for an extra fee).

3. SPECIAL WAITING & SNOW VEHICLES

* Snow / 4×4 Vehicles: In case of heavy snowfall where normal tourist vehicles cannot commute, special 4×4 or chained snow vehicles will be required for safety. The fare for these specialized vehicles is strictly extra and must be paid on the spot.

4. PERSONAL EXPENSES & GRATUITY

* Daily Expenses: Laundry service, luggage porter charges, and personal telephone calls.
* Food & Beverages: Mineral water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, juices, or any snacks/tea ordered outside the pre-fixed package menu.
* Entrances & Activities: Camera entry fees at monuments, adventure activity charges (paragliding, skiing, rafting, etc.).
* Tips: Tips and gratuity for the hotel staff, tour guides, or drivers.

5. UNFORESEEN EVENTS & EMERGENCY COSTS

* Natural Calamities & Road Blocks: Any extra expenses arising due to landslides, heavy snowfall, sudden road blockages, acts of nature, or severe weather conditions.
* Political Issues & Strikes: Any delays or cancellations caused by political strikes, rallies, bandhs, or security lockdowns.
* Emergency Stays: If any of the above situations cause you to change your itinerary, get stranded, or stay an extra night at a hotel, all additional accommodation and transport costs must be borne directly by the guest on the spot.
