Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation
    There shall be no binding contract between Journey of Snowpeak and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount as specified for the selected tour package.

  2. Cancellation by Client
    If a client wishes to cancel the booking 15 days or more before the travel date, regardless of the reason (including medical emergencies, personal issues, or non-payment of balance), Journey of Snowpeak reserves the right to levy cancellation charges.

📝 All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  1. Non-Refundable Advance Policy
    If cancellation is made within 5 to 7 days of the travel date, or in the case of a No Show, the 50% advance amount paid will be non-refundable under all circumstances.

  2. Package Cost Adjustments
    Journey of Snowpeak reserves the right to revise the tour package cost in accordance with fluctuations in the economic conditions and changes in government policies.

  3. Service Delivery
    Only the services specifically mentioned in the booking voucher will be provided to the client. No additional services will be entertained beyond the agreed itinerary.

  4. Complimentary Services
    Any complimentary service mentioned in the package is provided as a goodwill gesture. If such services are not availed or provided, they cannot be claimed as cash or alternate services.

  5. Invoice Cancellation Rights
    The company reserves the right to cancel any invoice due to insufficient advance payment, defined as anything less than 50% of the total tour package cost.

  6. Refund Timeline
    If a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited to the client within 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
