Hotel Availability
All hotels mentioned in your itinerary are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the specified hotels are not available, we will arrange similar category accommodations as an alternative.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
These are strictly subject to room availability at the hotel. Even if available, hotels may charge an additional fee for early check-in or late check-out. Any such charges must be paid directly to the hotel.
Government ID Requirement
Hotels will only allow check-in upon submission of valid Government-issued ID proof for each guest. In the absence of valid ID, check-in may be denied, and Journey of Snowpeak will not be held responsible in such cases.
Room Category
All accommodations provided under our packages will be of the hotel’s standard/basic room category, unless specified otherwise.
Air Conditioning in Hill Areas
Please note that ACs do not function in most hotels located in hilly and semi-hilly regions due to local weather conditions.
Optional AC Usage
Where available, AC usage in hilly regions may be provided by the hotel at an additional charge, to be paid directly to the hotelier.
Heater Usage
Heaters, if available at the hotel in hilly/semi-hilly areas, can be used at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.
Toiletries in Off-Beat Locations
In off-beat or remote areas, toiletries might not be provided in the hotel rooms. We advise guests to carry their own essentials when traveling to such destinations.
Room Allotment
Rooms may be allotted on any floor, depending on availability at the time of check-in.
Lift Facility
Not all hotels offer elevator/lift access. Please confirm in advance if you have specific requirements regarding room accessibility.
