ID Verification
All travelers must carry and present a valid Government-issued ID at the time of boarding. Boarding will not be allowed without proper ID verification.
Luggage & Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and luggage throughout the trip. Please take necessary precautions to safeguard your items.
Liability Disclaimer
Journey of Snowpeak shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Air Conditioning Policy
Please note that the Air Conditioner will be turned off during hill drives for safety and performance reasons.
Sightseeing Travel Limits
During visits to certain monuments or sightseeing points, vehicles are allowed only up to a designated point. Guests will need to walk or hire local/govt.-approved vehicles from that point onward on a direct payment basis.
Rohtang Pass Visit
Trips to Rohtang Pass are not included in the standard package. They are subject to weather conditions and government permit approval, and will be available on a direct payment basis.
Weather-Dependent Sightseeing
If any sightseeing is canceled due to bad weather or local administration restrictions, it will need to be skipped and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Vehicle Usage Policy
Vehicles will be provided strictly as per the itinerary. They will not be available for personal use or additional travel outside of the mentioned schedule.
Extra Kilometers Usage
If the vehicle runs additional kilometers beyond the agreed itinerary (due to personal errands or non-itinerary visits), the extra charges must be paid directly to the driver or car vendor.
Personal Travel Requests
For any non-tour related travel or personal tasks, extra payment will be applicable as determined by the driver or vendor.
Driver Safety Instructions
Drivers are instructed to follow speed and road safety regulations. Kindly avoid requesting them to drive fast under any circumstances.
Travel Time Estimations
Please be aware that online maps may not reflect actual travel times, as delays can occur due to traffic, uphill drives, road conditions, or weather.
Motion Sickness Alert
If you are prone to vomiting or motion sickness, please request a window seat in advance. If any such incident occurs inside the vehicle, we kindly ask you to clean up after yourself or compensate accordingly.
